A meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Orange County, P,orth <br /> Carolina, was held at Hillsborough, North Carolina, the regular place <br /> of meeting at 7:30 o'clock p,m., on April 28, 1980. <br /> i <br /> Present Commissioners Richard Whitted, Don Willhoit, <br /> Anne Barnes, Norman Walker and Norman Gustaveson <br /> Absent None <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> FINAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE ORANGE <br /> COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO FINANCE THE LOCAL <br /> t SHARE OF THE COSTS OF PAVING NORTH CAROLINA STATE <br /> ROAD n 1875, ALSO KNOWN AS NEW HOPE DRIVE, IN <br /> a CHAPEL HILL TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, <br /> i <br /> r <br /> E <br /> f <br /> , <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County <br /> has elected to finance the local share of the costs of paving <br /> North Carolina State Road # 1878, also known as New Haoe Drive, <br /> in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina, as permitted <br /> by North Carolina General Statutes §153A-185 (4) and as provided <br /> for in North Carolina General Statutes §153A-205. <br /> t <br /> 3 <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1, Orange County shall undertake financing of the local share of paving <br /> North Carolina State Road 7 1878, also known as New Hope Drive, in <br /> Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina,.
