AGENDA ITEM T 5 <br /> A meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Orange County, North <br /> Carolina, was held at Hillsborough, North Carolina, the regular place <br /> of meeting at 7,30 o'clock p.m, , on April 28, 1980„ <br /> Present Commissioners Richard Whitted, Anne Barnes, <br /> Norman Gustaveson, Norman Walker and Dorn Willhoit <br /> Absent None <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> FINAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE ORANGE <br /> COUNTY BOARD OF CO,'Q4I5SIO:NERS TO FINANCE THE LOCAL <br /> SHARE OF THE COSTS OF PAVING NORTH CAROLINA STATE' <br /> ROAD R 1593, ALSO KNOWN AS LITTLE RIVER DRIVE, IN <br /> LITTLE RIVER TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County <br /> has elected to finance the local share of the costs of paving <br /> North Carolina State Road R 1593, also known as Little River <br /> Drive, in Little River Township, Orange County, North Carolina, <br /> as permitted by North Carolina General Statutes § 153A-135 (4) <br /> and as provided for in North Carolina General Statutes § 153A-205. <br /> IT 15 HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: < <br /> 1. Orange County shall undertakd financing of the local share of paving <br /> North Carolina State Road rr 1593, also known as Little River Drive, <br /> in Little River Township, Orange County, North Carolina. The <br /> amount to be financed is estimate,] to be $7,400.09, including costs <br /> and attorney's fees. <br />
