We have received preliminary approval of this tract <br /> by the County Health Department. Board of .Education approval has <br /> also been received. The Erosion Control Officer has a recommendation <br /> f?r drainage easements. He has proposed that there be 3 drainage <br /> easements, one foot wide and two 30 foot wide drainage easements <br /> 4 shown on the plat. The 50 foot easement would go through 1.25 <br /> acre tract, the Erosion Control Officer believes a 50 foot easement <br /> is needed here.
