The amount to be financed by Orange County 3s <br /> estimated to be $ 8,000.00, including costs and attorney's <br /> fees. Approximately fifty-five (55) percent of the cost of <br /> 3 paving the above roads will be borne by the Department of <br /> Transportation of the State of North Carolina. <br /> 2. The basis for assessment for the local share of <br /> the cost of this project shall be the cost to Orange County per <br /> linear foot of street frontage, including County administrative <br /> MnNxou expenses and attorney's feesr <br /> F -asoy <br /> [AT LAW 3. Orange County will assess the total local share <br /> LL h.c <br /> GH.K.C. <br /> f according to the basis set out in Number 2 above which local <br /> share represents approximately forty-five (45) percent of the <br /> total project cost. <br /> I� <br />
