The basis for assessment for the local share of <br /> the cost of this project shall be the cost to Orange County <br /> per linear foot of street frontage, including County administra- <br /> tive expenses and attorney's fees. <br /> 3. Orange County will assess the total local, share <br /> according to the basis set out in Number 2 above which local <br /> share represents approximately 45 percent of the total project <br /> cost. <br /> 4. No assessments of this project will be hald in <br /> abeyance. <br /> a 5. The assessment shall be Paid in the following <br /> manner: <br /> a. Within thirty (30) days after the Notice of <br /> t Confirmation of the Assessment Role is published, each owner <br /> r of the pxooerty may pay his assessment in full.. <br /> i <br /> b.
