Orange County shall undertake financing of the <br /> 'I <br /> local share of paving North Carolina State Road <br /> -1593, also known as Little River Drive, <br /> r <br /> z <br /> in Little River Township, Orange County, <br /> North Carolina. The amount to be financed by Orange County is <br /> estimated to be $"7,400.00, including costs and attorney's <br /> { fees. Approximately fifty-five (55) percent of the cost of <br /> paving the above roads will be borne by the Department of <br /> Transportation of the State of North Carolina. <br /> r 2. The basis for assessment for the local share of <br /> the cost of this project shall be the cost to Orange County per <br /> 43- linear foot of street frontage, including County administrative <br /> a <br /> ➢MF�z�QZ expenses and attorney's fees. <br /> :KERSON <br /> ' .6snrcnw 3.
