ALSO KNOITR <br /> AS LITTLE RIVER DRIVE, IN LITTLE RIVER TOWNSHIP, <br /> ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange <br /> t <br /> �i <br /> County has received a petition requesting the paving of North <br /> a Carolina State Road A1553, also known as Little Raver Drive, <br /> in Little River Township, Orange County, North Carolina, which <br /> petition has been signed by at least seventy-five percent <br /> 13 (75%) of the owners of property adjoining the said roads, <br /> 3 li which property represents at least seventy-five percent (75%) <br /> c <br /> of the lineal feet of frontage of the lands abutting the said <br /> i roads, pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-205 (c) <br /> and, <br /> i <br /> s <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange <br /> County has elected to finance the local share of the costs <br /> t <br /> 1 of paving the said roads, as permitted by North Carolina General <br /> Statute 5153A--185(4) and as provided for in North <br /> Carolina General Statute 5153A-205(a) . <br /> ABErMIOLZ <br /> �'aa'oN IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: <br /> tS AT 1AW <br /> THLL.N C <br /> UGq Nc. 1.
