Fairview Water and Sewer Project, <br /> the contractor (Billings and Garrett) has requested that an <br /> extension of 90 days be granted for the completion of the <br /> project. This is primarily because the contractor will be un- <br /> able to do any seeding until the weather- clears and no concrete <br /> -may be poured if the temperature is below or near freezing. <br /> It is the opinion of Pridgen Consultants, Inc. , that Billings <br /> and Garrett have proceeded with earnest and diligence, and <br /> have displayed a desire to meet the original contract comple- <br /> tion date, and therefore, we recommend that the extension of <br /> 90 days be granted for the completion of this project. <br /> If you have any questions, or require any additional informa- <br /> tion, please call at your convenience. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> PRIDGEN CONSULTANTS, INC. <br /> BY: _ <br /> J W.
