Matters not on this agenda? <br /> 3. The Tax Collector submits a report of unpaid property taxes that <br /> are a lien on real property for the year 1979. <br /> 4. The Tax Collector recommends the Board set the date of the annual <br /> tax lien sale (1979 taxes) as June 2, 1980. <br /> 5. The Manager recommends the Board designate the County's Director <br /> of evenue as its IV-D agent. <br /> 6. Priigen Consultants, engineers, recommend the Board grant a <br /> 90-day extension of time for completion of the community development <br /> water and sewer project to the contractor, Billings and Garrett. <br /> 7. The Department of Transportation recommends Wild Turkey Trail be <br /> added to the state road system. <br /> 8. Appointments: <br /> A. Four vacancies exist on the Cable TV Citizens Advisory Committee. <br /> B. One vacancy exists on the Orange County Planning Board. <br /> C. Four vacancies exist on Triangle J's Economic Development <br /> Policy Advisory Committee. <br /> D. Ms. Sondra Dennison has resigned from the Energy Conservation Commiss <br /> E. One vacancy exists on the Commission for Women <br /> F. The Chapel Hill-Carrboro School System has nominated Ms. Edith <br /> Elliott to serve on the JOCCA Board. <br />
