Project) in the principal. <br /> amount of $2,000,000 and direct the execution <br /> and delivery of the Dona; and <br /> 7. approve ; Bond Purchase Alreemi-:nt, dated as of <br /> January 1., 1980, among the Authority, the Purchasac <br /> and the Company, pursuant to which the Authority <br /> agrees to issue and sell the Bond to the Purchaser <br /> and the Purchaser agrees to purchase the Bond from <br /> the Authority. <br /> (b) The Board of Commissioners for the County of <br /> Orange has reviewed the action that will be taken by tl,e 8 3rd of <br /> -Commissioners of the Authority in connection with the issuance <br /> and sale of the Lund, and has made such other examination and <br /> investigation as it deems necessary and relevant as the basis for <br /> the approval set forth herein. <br /> Section 2. Pursuant to and in satisfaction of the <br /> requirements of G.S. 1590-4 (d) , the Board of Cormissior:er,s <br /> for the County of Orange hereby approves the issuance by <br /> the Authority of its Industrial. Revenue Bond (W.H. Braety CO. <br /> Project) in the principal amount of $2,000,000.. <br /> Section 3.
