STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA D E E D COUNTY OF ORANGE THIS DEED, made and entered into this the day of 19 90, by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a body, p�i , orporate existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of North Carolina, and THE CHAPEL HILL HOUSING AUTHORITY, Rost Office Box 630, Chapel. Hill, North Carolina, 2751 , organized and existing pursuant to the Housing Authority's Laws o the State of North Carolina; W I T N E S S E T H: That the County of Orange, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS and other good, valuable and sufficient consider- ations, paid by the Chapel Hill Housing Authority, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold and by these presents does bargain, sell and convey unto the Chapel Hill Housing Authority, its successors and assigns, all that certain tract or parcel of land in the Town of Chapel Hill, ORANGE COUNTY NORTH CAROLINA, and more particularly described as follows; BEGINNING at an iron stake in the right--of-way line of a proposed 60 foot easement along the northern boundary of the property hereinafter described in the property line of Stella Gattis, which said stake is also located by measuring South 220 21' 27" East 52.66 feet from a concrete monument in the southern right-of way line of Caldwell, Street Extension; running thence along and with the western line of the Stalla Gattis property South 220 21' 27" East 89.31 feet to an iron stake; running thence South 66° 55 47" West 19.92 feet to an iron stake; running thence South 680 58 38" West 147.69 feet to an iron stake; running thence South 68° 56' 40" West 115.70 feet to an iron stake; continuing thence South 69° 02' 59" West 183.72 feet to an iron stake, which said stake is located by measuring North 690 02' 59" East 24 feet from a point in the centerline of Tanyard Branch; running thence along and with the southern right-of-way line of a future 60-foot easement North 411 04' 08" East 97.54 feet the point, beginning of a curve; running thence along a curve with a radius of 400.00 feet in a northeasterly direction a distance of 194.84 feet to a point, continuing thence North 63° 58' 38" East 195.94 feet to an iron stake, the point and place of BEGINNING. Reference is hereby made to the plat of the property of the Chapel Hill Housing Authority by Rose, Pridgen & Freemon, Engineers, dated December 1979, to which said plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description. Together with the right of ingress and egress over a 60--foot easement along the northern boundary line of the property COLEMAN,BEHNHOLz above described as sh017n on said plat running from the westernmost &.DICKMSGN end of Caldwell Street Extension.
