Funds for the transfer station siting <br />project will be provided from the Solid Waste Enterprise Fund. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board discuss the waste. <br />management facility siting credentials of each firm and select one of the following to assist the <br />Board in developing and executing a new process for a transfer station: <br />a. Olver Inc. <br />OR <br />b. Draper Aden Associates <br />
