39 <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff is supportive of a reduction, as outlined within the Design Solution, but is unsure if a twenty- <br />five (25) foot buffer wi11 protect existing residential development along Buckhorn Road. Staff <br />would recommend the following for your consideration: <br />1. Along Buckhorn Road -twenty-five (25) feet as proposed, <br />2. Surrounding the existing six (6) properties that front along Buckhorn Road on the western <br />property line of this project -fifty (50) feet. <br />
