One (1) space for every three hundred (300) square feet of floor space within a Retail <br />Trade (excluding Restaurants), Service (excluding Indoor/Outdoor Theaters), <br />Manufacturing, Assembly, and Processing, and Finance, Insurance, and Real <br />Estate land use, <br />The maximum amount of parking permitted for these uses shall be one (1) space for <br />every two hundred fifty (250) square feet of floor space. <br />b. One (1) parking space for each Residential Dwelling, Multi-family unit, <br />c. One (1) parking space for every three (3) seats in a Indoor and/or Outdoor Theater, <br />d. One (1) parking space for every fifty (50) square feet of floor area within a Retail <br />Trade, Restaurant facility, excluding dining or bar areas, as well as one (1) parking <br />space for every four (4) seats within the facility, <br />~/moo ~r. <br />
