Pending receipt of sufficient funds,the Sponsor agrees to provide the following services during the time designated. If,for any reason,adequate funds are not received to cover the cost of these services,the Sponsor may cancel this agreement upon giving a 60-day written notice to the Artist. The Sponsor and Artist agree to provide the following service(s)on the date,time,and location described below: A. Description of service(s) In coordination with the Sponsor,the Artist will plan and host six one-hour participatory music workshops for clients of the Sponsor at Binkley Baptist Church in Chapel Hill,NC. The Artist will provide his own transportation,instruments and will facilitate music playing and participation with the clients. The Sponsor agrees to schedule at least four clients per workshop and will provide transportation,if needed,to the location of the workshops. B. Date(s)July 13th,2015 through August 17th,2015 Days of the Week Monday C. Time(s) 4:30pm—5:30pm Location(s)Binkley Baptist Church D. Approximate number of participants per class: 5 (adults) 5 (children) E. The Arc may terminate the contractor's services at any time,if the work is not completed to satisfaction.
