Housing Rehabilitation Contract Awards: Commissioner Whitted moved, <br /> seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, to award contracts to Carolina Mobile <br /> Nome Parts (Unit # 138A) for $6,668.00; Gates Construction C bmpany (Unit N umhei$ <br /> 65 and 137) $7,506.00 and $10,254.00, respectively; and Eugene H.
