General comments: <br /> ---The applicant agrees with the staff that there is need for mobile home <br /> spaces in Orange County. , <br /> --The applicant urges the Planning Board to approve or to approve con- <br /> ditionally this application at this time, and not deny it for re-design <br /> causing further delays. <br /> ---We first submitted this project to the Planning Department on <br /> September 9.
