Perennial streams are those streams in solid blue and <br /> dashed blue on the UcGS ouadrangle map series for orange County. <br /> X.23.1 a) Tr7444-h of Buffer Calculated <br /> The stream buffer area shall start at the outer edge of the <br /> flood plain and be measured a distance of fifty (50) feet <br /> away from the flood >3lain plus an additional distance depending <br /> on the slope in the buffer area. The vertical rise across <br /> the buffer area measured in feet, shall be multiplied by four (4) <br /> and this value added to fifty (50) feet to determine the total <br /> width of the buffer area. All other uses are prohibited. <br /> 1. Above ground and, buried utility lines for local <br /> distribution of electricity, telephone, and <br /> cable television service, acessory and apnertent <br /> apparatus such as poles, guy wires, transformers <br /> and switching boxes. <br /> 2. Bona fide farads except any use of farm property <br /> for non-farm purposes. <br /> 3.
