The lease on their present <br /> building expires in December 1982. <br /> The regularly scheduled hearing on February 22, 1982 will have a request <br /> for two Special Use Permits by Huck ,Mountain Development; a general aviation <br /> airport and-a Planned Development o-I Complex.. These requests could take <br /> up a whole evening in themselves.. <br /> in addition there is a good possibility of additional submittals for the <br /> February 22 meeting. <br /> IMPACT. The Commissioners set up a schedule of a minimum of 4 public hearings <br /> each year, with the understanding that additional Public Hearings would <br /> be called as necessary. <br /> REC0,10MNDATTIONS: Planning Staff recommends a Special Public Hearing on January <br /> 25, 1982„ <br />
