They are: (1) Designation of a Redevelopment <br /> Commission (in lieu of designating a commission', the Board decided to exercise those powers <br /> granted by law to county redevelopment commissions); 9-28-81. (2) Planning Board <br /> certification of Northern Fairview 'as a redevelopment area, 10-19-81. (3) Board directed <br /> the preparation of a redevelopment plan,established 11-23-81 as the date for conduct' J a <br /> public hearing, 10-26-81. (4) Conducted public hearing 11--23-81 (no comments werc ia- <br /> ceived)." (5) After the public hearing, the plan was submitted to the Planning Board for <br /> review and recommendations (Planning Board recommends approval of the plan), 12--1-81 . <br /> (6) Conduct Public Hearing scheduled 1-4-82; Board shall approve, amend or reject plan. <br /> (7) Upon approval of the apryan ,Board is authorized to acquire property by eminent domain. <br /> impecL: Approval of the plan will result in the timely execution of the real property <br /> acquisition process (rights-of-way for street improvements). <br /> t <br /> i <br /> Approve as presented. <br />
