ALAMANCE NCWORKS CAREER CENTER <br /> Alamance Career Center NCWorks Certified <br /> •The Alamance Career <br /> Center in Burlington, NC <br /> received NCWorks Level 1 <br /> Certification. The center is <br /> the first in the Regional <br /> Partnership Workforce ' <br /> Development Board Area to <br /> p , <br /> complete the criteria required , <br /> r <br /> in providing evidence of the <br /> proper implementation of the <br /> new Integrated Service <br /> Delivery System (ISD). All <br /> staff members underwent a NCWorks <br /> rigorous application process <br /> to meet Level 1 requirements <br /> associated with the integration of WIA, Wagner Peyser, TAA, and <br /> Veterans Employment Services staff. The ISD system has divided staff <br /> members into teams to serve customers based on their talents, and not <br /> their funding source. Teams consist of Talent Engagement, Talent cworks <br /> Development, and Talent Employment. The Alamance Career Center Certifie <br /> will be provided with the new branding guidelines that are to replace the Ilk; <br /> former JobLink Career Center brand signage. The Alamance Center was <br /> the 4th in the state receiving NCWorks certification. Customers visiting <br /> the new NCWorks Center will notice the attention paid to the detail in <br /> meeting the needs of both jobseeker and employer customers. <br /> Alamance NCWorks Career Center Manager, Lisa Arnette, has voiced her <br /> centers determination that all customers will be provided quality, integrated <br /> ? services, in a timely manner.
