Year-To-Date Budget <br /> Summary <br /> PURPOSE: To approve budget and capital project ordinance amendments for fiscal year 2014- <br /> 15. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> County Capital Project Ordinances <br /> 1. At the May 19, 2015 meeting, the Board of County Commissioners approved the Final <br /> Financing Resolution authorizing the issuance of$15,870,000 in Installment Financing for <br /> various Capital Investment Plan projects and equipment. This Installment Financing <br /> includes projects/equipment, such as the Central Permitting System project, the <br /> replacement of voting machines and purchase of electronic poll books for the Board of <br /> Elections, as well as the replacement of in-car cameras for the Sheriff's Office.
