Committee Meetings and the Design Process <br /> In its four meetings, the Master Plan Committee has strived to be efficient and <br /> yet diligent in approaching the development of recommendations in a stepwise <br /> fashion. <br /> Prior to the committee's formation, a preliminary concept plan outlining the <br /> general locations of different uses was created to help guide the process.
