<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />f~2s~iQflee: <br />6.18.1 Administrative Approval of Certain e~.„ ISM Te+le~nnmmnv~in~+~i^nc+ #~...ewc• .~r+r1 <br />Telecommunication Facilities €~+pament <br />The following telecommunication facilities may be approved administratively as <br />specified herein: <br />a) New stealth telecommunications #~+vefs wireless support structures up to <br />seventy five (75') feet in height that are sufficiently disguised so._as to <br />minimize visual impact= any wireless support structure less than seventy- <br />five (75') feet in height any wireless support structure less than one <br />hundred fifty (150') feet in height that is located on property that is owned <br />or leased by Orange County; and any wireless support structure less than <br />one hundred fifty (150') feet in height on which the owner of such facility <br />permits the County to collocate its wireless facilities on the structure at no <br />charge to the County when the location of such facility is of benefit to the <br />County as determined in the sole discretion of the County may be <br />approved administratively by the Planning Staff provided that all of the <br />provisions contained in Article 8.8.17a are met. <br />b) Applications for Collocation T4,,,e~acen e^+ of +olannmm~ minim+inn <br />may be approved administratively as <br />provided for in this ordinance. <br />A written decision approving or denying an application for administrative <br />approval of a telecommunication facility under Section 6.18.1 shall be <br />issued no later than foray-five (45~ays following the submission of a <br />complete application. <br />Collocation applications shall meet the following requirements in order to be <br />eligible for administrative approval under this Section 6.18.1: <br />1) The proposed additional facility will not increase the overall heght_and <br />width of the tower or wireless support structure to which the wireless <br />facilities are to be attached. <br />2~ The proposed additional facility will not increase the ground space <br />approved in the site plan for equipment enclosures and ancillary <br />facilities. <br />3~ The proposed additional facility will comply with applicable regulations, <br />restrictions or conditions, if any, applied to the initial wireless facilities <br />placed on the tower or other wireless support structure. <br />
