14 <br />10~ The name address, phone number, and all necessary contact <br />information of the properly owner, if the owner of the structure is <br />different than the applicant; <br />11~ The postal address tax map block and lot number, and parcel <br />identification number of the property; <br />12Z A copy of the FCC license applicable for the intended use of the <br />facili <br />13) The Zoning District and Watershed overlay in which the property is <br />situated The area of the property on which the structure to be <br />attached to is located, stated both in square feet and acres and <br />perimeter lot line dimensions, and a survey showing the location of <br />all lot lines metes and bounds and all easements <br />14) The location size and height of all existing and proposed structures <br />on the property on which the structure is located and that is the <br />subject of the Application; <br />6.18.2 Telecommunications towers-wireless suuport structures and equipment as <br />t~rincipal or accessory uses <br />a) Telecommunications towers wireless support structures shall be permitted <br />as a principal or accessory use in all districts in accordance with the <br />provisions of this Ordinance as follows: <br />1) On property owned by the County or any public entity except those <br />designated as historic properties or sites. The County may, in its <br />sole discretion as the owner of the property, authorize the <br />application and use of County property after the applicant executes a <br />lease agreement acceptable to the County. <br />2) Telecommunications te~uve~s wireless support structures as part of_ <br />existing utility poles shall be permitted as an accessory use. Towers <br />shall be constructed as part of the existing utility poles or as <br />replacements for the existing utility poles. No freestanding towers <br />constructed exclusively for personal wireless services shall be <br />permitted within utility easements. <br />3) The placement of a new telecommunications fewer wireless support <br />structures in any zoning district must be approved as a Special Use, <br />except as permitted in the Master Telecommunications Plan ("Plan"), <br />or by Section 6.18.1 of this Ordinance. <br />b) Existing Telecommunications Towers-Wireless Sueport Structures <br />1) Telecommunications equipment as accessory uses may be placed <br />on existing tawefs wireless support structures in accordance with the <br />provisions of this Ordinance. <br />
