Orange. County: Buckhorn Village <br />The project developer conducted a survey of existing retail establishments. The survey <br />determined an average property tax value per square foot of anchor/destination retail space, <br />mixed and multi-tenant retail space, and hotel facilities. These three categories were used based <br />on the projected uses of Buckhorn Village commercial square footage. The existing business <br />average values were applied to the mix of uses of the Buckhorn Village project.
