The section of the Declaration entitled Other Restrictions is removed from the Declaration, and; <br /> 2. All other terms and conditions of the Declaration of Development Restrictions and Requirements are <br /> herein reaffirmed and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> IN WITNESS THEREOF, Orange County, Declarant has signed and sealed this instrument on the day and year <br /> first written above. <br />
