Bid Award for the Herbert Blackwood House (future Ne~v Hope Park at Blackwood Farm} <br />The Board twill consider awarding a bid and approving a contract with Mulberry Restorations, Inn. In an <br />amount not to exceed $40,345 for structural repairs to the Herbert Blackwood House (future New Hope Park <br />at BlackL~~ood Farm); and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />r. Purchase of Aerator for Parks and Recreation <br />The Board will consider authorizing the purchase of a Toro Procore 1298 Aerator from the Federal GSA <br />contract fiom Smith Turf and Irrigation of Charlotte, NC at a total cost of $26,366.55. <br />s. Contract Award, Construction Manager at Risk Services, Animal Services Facility Phase II - <br />Building <br />The Board will consider approval of an amendment to the Contract with Clancy ~i Theys as Orange <br />County's Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of the Phase II-Building package for the Orange <br />County Animal Services Facility at a total Guaranteed Maximum Price of $7,354,500, subject to final review <br />and approval of the County Attorney; and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />t. Lease Approval: Hillsborough Commons <br />The Board will consider approving a lease for 56,328 square feet of space at Hillsborough Commons <br />Shopping Center for use by the Department of Social Ser-~~ices (DSS) and direct the County Attorney to <br />collaborate with staff and the owner to prepare the lease; and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />u.
