DETAILED DRAWINGS <br />The following sets of detailed drawings and construction plans will be needed to move forward with <br />implementation of Phase 1: <br />• Construction plans, in coordination with NCDOT and the Town of Chapel Hill, for a new 10' <br />bike /pedestrian facility along Homestead Road. <br />• Construction plans, in coordination with NCDOT and the Town of Chapel Hill, for the new road <br />segment to the east of the property labeled "Chapel Ridge Drive." <br />• Construction plans for the internal road and parking reconfigurations as shown for Phase 1. <br />• Design and building plans for the 15,000 sf addition to the Southern Human Services Building. <br />• Plans for site work to accommodate water and sewer service to the new building addition. <br />• Grading plans. <br />• Landscape protection and planting plans. <br />• Solid Waste Management, Stormwater Management, Utility, and Lighting plans. <br />• Construction Management plan. <br />C.
