* 16 <br />Phase 2 would include more extensive work on the site. Phase two would involve (1) An additional <br />expansion of the Southern Human Services Building, with associated additional parking and circulation <br />roads; (2) Expansion of the Seymour Center, with associated additional parking and drop -off areas; <br />(3) Reconfiguration of the existing entrance drive (using the Phase 1 newly constructed secondary <br />entrance road for all access while the main entrance is being rebuilt); and (4) Reconstruction of the <br />stormwater management ponds, designed to become an amenity for the site.
