This bid is in within the informal bid limits, <br /> therefore there will be no formal bid opening. <br /> Plans and specifications can be downloaded from the County's website at <br /> www.co.oranpe.nc.us/puchasinq under Current Bids or by calling 919-245-2651. <br /> A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Orange County WCOB, Room 302, 131 West <br /> Margaret Lane, Hillsborough at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, the 23rd day of February 2015. Attendance at the <br /> Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory. <br /> The successful bidder shall comply fully with the requirements of General Statutes, Section 143-131, as <br /> amended.
