These prices are <br /> to cover alI expenses incurred in performing the work required under the Contract Documents,ofwhich this <br /> proposal is a part. <br /> Bidder further agrees that the amounts mid quantities of materials be fumislied and work to be clone, as <br /> stated in the Instructions to Bidders, the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions,and the Technical <br /> Specifications and Drawings, are recognized by it to be a full and complete indication of the work ill its <br /> fullest and most complete sense,and that it is satisfied with such Notice etc., in determining the prices for <br /> the several classes of work as specified; and will not at any time dispute or complain that there is any <br /> nuswiderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of materials to be furnished and work to be done. <br /> Bidder hereby agues to commence work under the contract on or before a date to be specified in writing <br /> known as "Notice to Proceed" and to fluty complete the project within GO consecutive catendar clays <br /> thereailer as stipulated.
