Pursuant to <br />general statute the Commissioners must now approve and <br />authorize the Chair to sign the contract. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the contract with Crain and Denbo, Inc. in <br />the amount of $21,978.00, for construction of a spillway <br />flashboard system at Lake Orange; and authorize the Chair to <br />sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
