The lease expires July 12, 1987 and <br />sixty days will be needed to complete renovations to a <br />building which we are contemplating leasing. <br />BACKGROUND: A search for space to house agencies located within the Old <br />Police Building has been mounted for the past two months. A <br />location of such a building close to the Court facility in the <br />Post Office Building has not been found. A building away from <br />the area has been located and a lease agreement will be coming <br />to the Board of Commissioners on July 6 meeting. Renovations <br />of this building will be necessary and will take place within <br />sixty days. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />Approve lease with new expiration date of September 12, 1987. <br />
