Please have the Notice of <br />Grant Award Form signed by an authorized representative of your organization <br />and return one fully signed copy to the attention of the Grants Officer. <br />Upon receipt of the signed NGA and Standard Form 270, Request for Cash, <br />the funds for the project will be forwarded to you. Of the remaining <br />three copies, please retain one copy for'your file and distribute one <br />copy each to the Project Director, and the Chief Fiscal Officer. <br />In order that advance payment requests may be approved, it is necessary for <br />you to keep your Financial Status Reports current. Be certain to file them <br />correctly, on time, and on the correct form to the ACTION Grants & Contracts <br />Office. The enclosed copy of the Financial Status Report (FSR), ACTION <br />Form A -451 (Rev. 2/81) is the current approved form.
