03b <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AN ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT <br />Whereas, the <br />(herein called the "PHA ") proposes-to enter into an Annual Contributions <br />Contract (herein called the "Contract ") with the United States of <br />America, Department of Housing and Urban Development (herein called <br />the "Government "). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows: <br />Section 1.
