This building serves as an EMS satellite <br />station which provides better response time for the Efland <br />area. Both parties are desirous that this lease be renewed <br />for a period of one year beginning July 1, 1987 and <br />terminating June 30, 1988. <br />All terms and conditions remain the same. <br />RECOMMENDATION: To approve lease renewal for the Efland Rescue Unit <br />Building through June 30, 1988; and authorize the Chair to <br />sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
