Wake Opportunities (Head Start) - Cedar Grove <br />2.) JOCCA - Cedar Grove Day Care <br />3.) Community School for Children Under Six - Chapel Hill <br />BACKGROUND: These agencies operate day care services at Cedar Grove <br />and at the Southern Human Services Building in Chapel Hill. <br />They are on -going programs with leases orginating in 1983. <br />Terms and condition of each lease remain the same. <br />RECOMMENDATION: To approve lease renewals for Wake O pp <br />JOCCA, and Community School for People Under Six uthrough <br />June 30, 1988; and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of <br />the Board. <br />
