Service and Maintenance; Procedure for <br />investigation and resolution of complaints. . <br />(a) Maintenanance service shall be promptly avail- <br />able to all subscribers upon request. The grantee shall <br />maintain at least two (2) published telephone numbers with a <br />local exchange where calls for service will be received. The <br />grantee shall respond to calls for service as follows: <br />(i) A system-wide failure is defined as the <br />failure of 25% or more of the Main Trunk Cable or the failure <br />of so much of the CjATV .stem of the grantee as results in <br />25% or more of the subscribers simultaneously_ being without <br />CATV service. <br />(ii) Prime time is defined as the periods <br />between 5:00 o'clock P.M. and 12:00 o'clock _nidni ht, Monday <br />through Friday and 12:00 o'clock noon and- 12:00 O'clock mid- <br />night, Saturday and Sunday. <br />(iii) In the case of a system-wide failure during <br />Prime time, the grantee shall respond with personnel trained <br />to make all reasonably necessary repairs to the location of <br />the failure within thirty (30) minutes of the call for <br />') 7 <br />
