judgment, execution, claim or demand which the County may <br />legally be rec aired to Pay as a result of the award of a <br />franchise hereunder or as a result of the exercise of and <br />franchise granted to the grantee. <br />(ii) save the Countv harmless anri l nrimmn; Fa ; +. <br />from all loss sustained by the County on account of any suit, <br />judment,�execution, claim or demand whatsoever based upon <br />any injuries or damages sustained (including but not limited <br />to Copyright infringement) arising of the installation, <br />operation or maintenance of the CATV system authorized <br />herein, whether or not any act or omission complained of is <br />authorized, allowed or Prohibited by this ordinance or any <br />franchise granted hereunder. <br />(iii) pay all ex enses incurred by the County in <br />defending itself with regard to all —damages and penalties <br />mentioned in subsections (i) and (ii) above. These expenses <br />shall include all out -of- pocket expenses, such as consultant <br />or attorney fees, and shall also include the reasonable value <br />of any services rendered by the County_ Attorney or any other <br />employee of the County. <br />(e) Concurrently with the filing of the written <br />acceptance as required in Section VI, the grantee shall file <br />with the County -Manager_, and at all times thereafter maintain <br />in full force and offset for the term of the <br />franchise or any rene4al tn�nr.aoE; <br />
