(f) The gran tee shall use the highest standard of <br />care to protect the privacy of all subscribers to the CATV <br />system, and the system shall be designed, constructed and <br />maintained to that end. <br />Section XIII. Remuneration to County. <br />Within sixty (60) days after the close of its first <br />fiscal year after acceptance of a franchise, and each <br />succeeding fiscal year thereafter during the life of the <br />franchise, the grantee shall pay to the county for the <br />privilege of constructing, operating and maintaining the CATV <br />system as defined in Section 11, and for the privilege of <br />providing the CATV service as defined in section II during <br />the. ensuing fiscal year, a sum equal to five per cent <br />�--%+ (50) of its gross annual receipts during the preceding <br />year. <br />within forty-five (45) days after the expiration of <br />the grantee's fiscal year, the grantee shall file with the <br />county a financial statement prepared by a certified public <br />accountant, or other person satisfactory to the board, <br />showing in detail the gross annual receipts, . as defined <br />herein, of grantee during such fiscal year.
