-t-�a-e- <br />- eega�a- t t- Reza - <br />g G E? r- V- e�r <br />f44 (d) At the end of each franchise year, the <br />grantee shall file with the county a map showing the location <br />of energized trunk actually installed, location of energized <br />trunk proposed to be installed in the next franchise year, <br />the areas being served by CATV service, and the area expected <br />to be served within the next franchise year. <br />{ (e) Failure of the grantee to commence and <br />diligently pursue each of the foregoing requirements and the <br />expansion requirements set forth in the franchise granted or <br />failure to commence rendering service to subscribers within <br />the time stipulated in the franchise after acceptance of the <br />franchise shall be grounds for termination of the franchise; <br />provided, however, the board may extend any of these <br />requirements in the event tine grantee, acting in good,faitn, <br />experiences delays due to circumstances beyond its control. <br />4.44 (f) The standard of construction methods and <br />equipment shall be that currently accepted in the CA'Pv <br />in3ustr.y and _as prescribed in-the-franchise. <br />I�� <br />
