(5) _,rhe_grantee violates in_a_ material wa�_any- <br />FCC order or ruling (?�L the order or ruling of any other <br />governmental body Navin jurisdiction over the grantee unless <br />the grantee is lawfully contesting the legality or <br />applicability of such order. <br />In the event that the board shall decide to <br />terminate for cause a franchise granted hereunder, it shall <br />give the grantee thirty (30) days written notice of its <br />intention to terminate, and such notice shall sti ulate the <br />cause. if during the thirty (3,0) day Period the cause shall <br />be cured to the satisfaction of the County., the County may, <br />at its discretion, declare the notice to be null and void. <br />in and event, before a franchise may be terminated, the <br />rantee must be Rrovided with an o2portunitv to be heard <br />before the board in accordance with due process procedures. <br />If a grantee's franchise is terminated, the decision shall be <br />sub ect to judicial review in the u erior Court of_2range <br />County. <br />(d) In <br />the event that any <br />part of the CA'I'V <br />system <br />is discontinued <br />for any reason for a <br />continuous period <br />of 365 <br />days or the f ranchi se���- i- <br />T . i�rw�t_w,-- :=- Yr- --!*nr is terminated by th <br />board, pursuant te- to terms of this ordinance, and all <br />negotiations to settle the differences between the parties <br />have failed (provided, however, that such negotiations shall <br />not be required), the board may advertise and seek another <br />14 <br />
