If a qrantee serves areas other <br />than the Count and advertisin revenues are received for <br />advertising carried on pro ramming broadcast to customers <br />within the count as well as customers outside the county, <br />then gross annual receipts shall include _R_percentaqe of <br />advertisin I revenues equal to the percentage yielded by <br />dividing the average number of customers with the Count ] <br />during the fiscal year under consideration by the average <br />- <br />total number of customers reached by such advertisinq durin <br />1 n g <br />the same Period. <br />Head End shall mean the land, electronic process n (tauL p <br />ment, antennas, dishes, towers, buildings, and other a2pur- <br />tenances—normally associated with and located-at the starting <br />point of a CATV system. <br />Person shall mean any person, firm, partnership, association, <br />corporation or organization of any kind. <br />4 <br />
