Enclosed with Albert Kittrell's copy of this <br />letter, in addition to the Cable Television System <br />Ordinance, is the Ordinance Amending A Franchise To <br />Prime Cable Income Partners L.P. and An Ordinance <br />Granting A Franchise To Alert Cable TV of North <br />Carolina, Inc. The latter ordinance contains the new <br />language proposed by John Hartwell and approved by the <br />Board on June 16th.
