4. a complete description, including vehicle iden- <br />tif ication number and vehicle license number of each and every <br />vehicle which will be used to collect and/or transport animals; <br />5. the address and location where the animals will <br />be kept or maintained for the five days after collection. <br />2. Permit Requirements: <br />a. No permit shall be issued or remain valid unless the <br />Animal Control Director or person duly authorized by the Animal <br />Control Director is satisfied that both the vehicles in which the <br />animals will be collected and transported and/or the premises <br />where the animals will be housed meet the following requirements: <br />1. Premises All premises shall meet the same <br />standards as set for commercial kennels in Section XIX of this <br />Ordinance. <br />2. Vehicles <br />a. Vehicles used to transport animals must be <br />mechanically sound and equipped to provide fresh air to all <br />animals without harmful drafts. <br />b. The sections of the vehicles where the <br />animals are placed are to be constructed and maintained so that <br />engine exhaust fumes cannot get to the animals. <br />C. The sections of the vehicles where the <br />animals are to be kept should be cleaned and disinfected after <br />each use and as needed. <br />32 <br />
