Adequate Water: A constant access to a supply of <br />clean, fresh water provided in a sanitary manner. <br />4. Animal: Any live, vertebrate creature specifically in- <br />cluding but not limited to dogs, cats, farm animals, birds, fish <br />and reptiles. <br />5-.
