Section V -- Licenses, Permits, Registrations, and Fees <br />Required By This Ordinance. <br />A. The following licenses, permits, and registrations are <br />required by this ordinance: <br />1. , Licenses for dogs, cats, or other animals designated by <br />the Board of Commissioners in the Budget Ordinance (see Section <br />IV). <br />2. Registration of patrol dogs or sentry dogs (see Section <br />XII <br />3. Rabies and identification tags for dogs and cats (see <br />XVII <br />Section <br />4. The amount of license or permit fees shall be recom- <br />mended by the Animal Control Director and approved by the Board <br />of Commissioners in the Budget Ordinance. The Animal Control <br />Director may propose for approval by the Board of Commissioners <br />such policies or procedures as may be necessary'or appropriate to <br />allow for payment of fees over extended periods of time, at <br />3 <br />
