Highway 86, and reports <br />Pertaining to drainage problems in Wildwood Subdivision and <br />the concerns of the Wildwood Homeowne-_ <br />rs Association. <br />BACKGROUND: Wildwood Corporation of Hillsborough has requested rezoning <br />of 28.80 acres or 1,254,528 square feet of land. The <br />property is located west of the present Wildwood Subdivision <br />off N.C. 86 in Hillsborough Township. <br />The property is designated Ten Year Transition In the Land <br />Use Plan. The present zoning --of the is <br />Residential -2 (-R-2.).-. The applicant is requesting propert thay t the <br />zoning classification be changed to Residential-4 (R-4). <br />A similar request (R-1 to R-4) was made by the applicant In <br />November, 1985. In response --to a Town of Hillsborough <br />recommendation - <br />(either R-2 or R-3), to- <br />- pographic constraints <br />and traffic concerns, the Board of Commissioners approved <br />changing the zoning designation from R-1 to R-2. <br />
