LEASE AGREEMENT C(OPY <br />RENEWAL <br />WHEREAS , A lease agreement was made and entered lntiv au <br />of the 29th day of August, 1983 by and between Orange County, <br />LESSOR and Joint Orange - Chatham Community Action, Inc., <br />TENANT , for space to be used as a Community Center as the <br />Cedar Grove Multipurpose Center, Cedar Grove, North Carolina. <br />WHEREAS , the LESSOR and the TENANT wish to renew the <br />lease agreement as amended. <br />NOW THEREFOR , LESSOR and TENANT mutually agree to the <br />following: <br />(1) The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br />of one year commencing on July 1, 1987 and ending at 12:00 <br />midnight on the day of June 30, 1988. <br />(2) All other terms and conditions will remain the same. <br />This agreed to, the I (dam day of.tk4, 1987. <br />LESSOR: Orange County <br />BY: 4� <br />Ohrl all <br />Chair, Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners <br />TENANT : � .
